I was in a good mood and looking forward to treating myself, but the jumper I had my eye on was out of stock. There were still some nice things available and I did end up finding another one I liked, but it would be much better if the sizes and stock were updated a bit quicker.

I got my refund back quicker than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. No hassle or back-and-forth, which I appreciated. Happy about it, though I was weirdly annoyed I had to check my account twice to believe it

I ordered from Dunedin Cashmere and, my first gut reaction was that it was going to take a bit longer than it did. But I got the dispatch email the same day, and the parcel showed up way sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
Everything was packed properly and the whole delivery felt easy with no fuss. Just had a good feeling about the order from start to finish, and I’d happily buy from them again...

I ordered the oatmeal cashmere scarf after spotting it online and thinking it would be the perfect soft, warm shade to go with my winter coats. It arrived really quickly, and the first thing I noticed when I took it out was how lovely it felt, super soft and cosy. The only letdown was the colour. On the website it looked a bit lighter and warmer, but in person it’s more of a grey-beige. I’m still going to keep it because it’s beautiful quality, but I’ll admit I was a little disappointed since the colour was the main reason I chose it.

I was surprised by how soft this is . It feels really cozy and comfortable , and I’ve been reaching for it all the time ...

I ordered a navy scarf and they sent me a grey one instead. Customer service did eventually sort it out, but it took way longer than it should have. The most annoying part was having to verify the same details over and over, like my order number and photos, even after I’d already sent everything. It got fixed in the end, but the whole process was frustrating.

I had a good feeling about this when I picked it out, and I was right. My mum absolutely loved it. It’s really soft and just feels like such a lovely, thoughtful gift.

I just got this delivered today, so the first thing on my mind is the packaging. The box showed up a little dented, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make the delivery feel less impressive right away.

I wore it a few times. Nothing dramatic, just normal wear. Then I started noticing bobbling under the arms and along the sides. I know that can happen with cashmere, but still. It felt a bit early for it to be showing up like that.
I do still wear it because it’s warm and comfortable, and I wouldn’t say I regret buying it. Just for the price, I hoped it would stay looking new for a bit longer. Nice jumper, but I’m not sure how well it’ll last.

I was really happy with the whole experience. The site looks great and was super easy to browse, and the cashmere pieces are styled in such a nice way. The colors and photos made it simple for me to choose what I wanted without overthinking it. It feels classy but still relaxed, which I really liked. I’d definitely shop here again.

The service was okay overall. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I’ve had quicker responses from similar companies in the past, so the wait stood out a bit.

I ordered a cashmere jumper and expected the sizing to be a bit off, because that seems to happen a lot with knitwear. I went with my usual medium based on the size guide, and luckily it was actually right. It fits nicely, not tight, not baggy, and the sleeves aren’t awkwardly long or short either. I was prepared to be annoyed and have to send it back, but no complaints this time. Really happy with it.

I was genuinely surprised by how much Dunedin Cashmere had to choose from! I expected the usual jumpers, but there were scarves, hats, gloves… and loads of really nice colours too. it took me ages to decide what to go for.
The website was straightforward to browse, and the range feels great for gifts, or just treating yourself. I liked that there were classic pieces mixed in with a few different styles as well. Would definitely shop here again.

The tracking hardly updated, the parcel arrived several days later than expected, and I never really got a clear message about what was going on. I was basically just waiting around wondering if it was even coming, which got frustrating. Nice item, but the whole delivery experience would make me think twice about ordering again.

The exchange did get sorted in the end, but the return process took longer than I expected. I had to follow up and push the issue a bit before things moved along, which was frustrating.

I found what I needed quickly , no faff or hassle at all .
